I’m Verka, the sole trader behind Deutsch & Delight. This is a simple, static website with no user accounts, no login, and no database of my own. I keep the data I process to the minimum needed to run analytics, sell my ebooks, and let you book a call — through the third-party processors listed below. See the Impressum for who is responsible for this site.

Analytics

I use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and cookieless — it sets no cookies and does not track you across sites, so there is no consent banner. It processes your IP address transiently to produce aggregate page-view and performance figures; it does not identify you. Lawful basis: my legitimate interest in understanding site usage (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Processor: Cloudflare, Inc.

Buying an ebook

Purchases are handled by Gumroad, which acts as the seller of record. Your payment and contact details are collected and processed by Gumroad under their own privacy policy — I receive only limited order information. Gumroad is US-based and relies on its own safeguards for any international data transfer.

Booking a paid live session

Tickets for the live masterclass are paid through Stripe. When you click the ticket button your browser goes to a Stripe-hosted checkout page — the payment form does not run on this site, so nothing is loaded or stored on your device here. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach me. Unlike the ebooks, I am the seller for this session: I receive your name and email address in order to send you the joining link and your receipt. Lawful basis: performance of our contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Stripe is US-based and relies on its own safeguards for any international data transfer.

Booking coaching

Booking is handled by Calendly. When you click “Book a free consultation”, your browser goes to calendly.com — the scheduler does not run on this site, so nothing is loaded or stored on your device here. Any details you enter to book are processed by Calendly under their privacy policy. Calendly is US-based and relies on its own safeguards for any international data transfer.

Joining the email list

If you sign up for my free guide, the signup form and email list are handled by MailerLite. When you click the signup button your browser goes to a MailerLite-hosted page — the form does not run on this site, so nothing is loaded or stored on your device here. The name and email you enter are processed by MailerLite to send you the free guide and occasional emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time. MailerLite acts under its own privacy policy. Lawful basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, or object to processing. For anything held by Gumroad, Stripe or Calendly, use their tools or contact them directly; for anything else, email me.
