This site, Deutsch & Delight, is operated by Berki-Schunk Veronika EV and sells digital ebooks, live online sessions and 1:1 coaching. For the ebooks, sales, payment, invoicing, taxes and delivery are handled by Gumroad as the seller of record. For a live session bought through Stripe, Stripe only processes the payment — the seller is Berki-Schunk Veronika EV.

Refunds

Ebook refund requests are handled through Gumroad in line with Gumroad's refund policy. If something is wrong with your purchase, contact me within a reasonable time and I'll help sort it out.

Live masterclass

A ticket for a live masterclass is sold by Berki-Schunk Veronika EV and paid through Stripe’s hosted checkout. After payment you receive the joining link for the online session by email, at the address you gave Stripe. The session runs at the date and time stated on the masterclass page; registration closes on the date shown there. If you cannot attend, or something is wrong with your purchase, email [email protected] and I’ll help sort it out.

Coaching

Coaching packages are booked via Calendly. Rescheduling and cancellation terms for sessions are shared when you book.

Delivery

After an ebook purchase, Gumroad emails you a download link. If it doesn't arrive, check spam, then contact [email protected].
